I recently experienced the most amazing service I've seen in a long time. From the first call to make an appointment, everything was handled with exceptional efficiency. They promptly sent all the necessary information to be filled out prior to the visit and provided links to a learning portal. The handy app they offer allows me to view the entire treatment plan, track lab tests, and correspond with the coordinator effortlessly.
Upon arrival, I felt like I was entering a spa. The dimmed lights, soothing music, and pleasant aroma created a serene atmosphere. Dr. Maya Kriseman was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions, clearing my doubts, and suggesting various options with great care.
What truly stood out to me was having a coordinator always available in the app, which is perfect since I prefer not to make phone calls. Bailey, the coordinator, is exceptionally specific and detailed in her responses, ensuring I am always aware of my next steps. I feel completely informed and confident about the journey ahead.

Knowledgeable, Relatable, and Dedicated to Patient Success
We absolutely loved Dr. Yeh! He is professional but also relatable and he understands what you're going through when growing through IVF. Dr. Yeh puts you at ease when going through procedures and has great bedside manner and always made me feel extremely comfortable. He was always available to answer questions when we needed him. He is so knowledgeable and is truly passionate about infertility and how he can help.
We had a not so good outcome after our first egg retrieval and he was there to answer our questions and put us at ease about our concerns. He even tried a different protocol than what is typically practiced and we had an amazing outcome the second egg retrieval.
The office staff at Aspire HFI is amazing and so sweet. They are there to support you and be there for you every step of the way. They cheer for your wins and console you in the losses. They are so knowledgeable about any and all questions we had, blood work results, ultrasounds, retrievals, transfers, and pregnancy. We are so thankful for them and Dr. Yeh for getting us through this successfully and with as minimal stress as possible.
